Lions Open 2026 At MPC

De Anza College track & field head coach Andy Ponce De Leon announced the program's 2026 competition schedule, highlighted by the return of the Jim Linthicum Invitational (April 10-11) and at least one trip to Southern California.

The Mountain Lions will open the season on Feb. 14 at the Monterey Peninsula College Lobo Invitational which also serves as the NorCal Preview.

The schedule features several visits to four-year universities, including San Francisco State, Chico State, and Azusa Pacific.

Other key dates include April 24-25 (Coast Conference Championships a MPC), May 8-9 (NorCal Finals at MPC), and May 15-16 (State Championships at Mt. San Antonio College).
