Student-Athletes/Award-Winners/Invited Guest Information
EVENT IS INVITATION ONLY
Only current 2025-26 DA student-athletes (rosters confirmed by head coaches) and invited guests are allowed to attend the event due to limited seating.
FREE PARKING
The Visual & Performing Art Center (VPAC Theater) is a large orange building closest to the intersection of North Stelling Road and Stevens Creek Blvd. Please use Parking Lot A or B. You are more than welcome to park in the Stelling Garage (for shade) and take the short walk to the VPAC.
EVENT CHECK-IN & SEATING CHART
Early arrival is recommended. Doors will open at 4:30 p.m. for the Red Carpet session. All guests will Check-In at the Seating Chart display in the lobby. Greeters will help everyone in locating seats.
Teams are assigned specific sections. Award-winners and guests will be near their teams. Award-winners will sit on the aisle seat.
WATER ONLY
Food and drinks (other than water) are not allowed in the facility.
