The De Anza College men's soccer team closed the regular season with a 1-1 tie at West Valley College on Friday afternoon.
The tie clinched an outright title for the Vikings (9-2-2), while the Lions (8-3-2) finished runner-up in the Coast Conference South Division.
De Anza (12-5-3 overall) will learn of its postseason seeding on Sunday. The Lions are projected to host a playoff match in the 3C2A Northern California Regionals next week.
First-round matches will be played on Wednesday, while the top eight seeds will host those winners on Saturday, Nov. 23.
