Lions Sweep San Jose, Head Into Coast Conference Play With Momentum
The De Anza College women's volleyball team continued its strong early-season form with a convincing 3-0 sweep at San Jose City College (25-10, 25-16, 25-10), closing out non-conference action on a high note before opening Coast Conference play.
Balanced Team Effort
The Mountain Lions were dominant on both sides of the net, hitting an impressive .372 as a team and posting 57 total points in just three sets.

Ajla Cakisic led the offense with 14 kills on .520 hitting, adding 4 aces and 4 digs for a match-high 19.5 points.

Sophia Quach followed with 10 kills on .500 hitting, while Brianna Dalzochio added 9 kills at a .368 clip to complete a dominant front-row performance.

Setter Ava Hudnut directed the attack with 31 assists, 6 digs, and 2 aces, while libero CC Bonnard anchored the defense with 11 digs and 2 aces of her own.
